Saint Valery in collaboration with Devins Design, founded by Peter Driscol Devins, known American designer actually based in Verona, was awarded by the Jordan Authorities, after a difficult and accurate selection, with the contract to creat and build the first foundation and symbolic stone of the city in construction Aqaba.

The laying of the “Foundation stone” during a ceremony attended by important personalities from the Arab world, was made by Sheikh Saif Ben Zayed al Nahayan of Abu Dhaby and the King Abdullah Hussein of Jordan.
